Poonam is based in Delhi and originally belongs to Uttar Pradesh. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Delhi, a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management (MBAFM) from IGNOU, and a Diploma in Advanced Financial Accounts, reflecting her strong foundation in accounting and financial management.
Poonam has been associated with Feminist Approach to Technology (FAT), New Delhi, since July 2019, where she works in Accounts & Finance. Her role involves managing financial operations, budgeting, grant allocation, financial reporting, FCRA compliance, taxation and TDS, audit coordination, and statutory documentation.
With her experience in the non-profit sector and academic background in financial management, Poonam brings together financial expertise and a deep understanding of social impact. She is committed to continuous learning, professional growth, and contributing to transparent, accountable, and efficient organizational systems.
